Details

Hathor sees every collectible's rarity (color) at the start of 5R. Before that, the ability gives no information. So in 1–4R you don't shake up the board, you just prop up the price — then once colors open in 5R, you match the shapes with Size (Large) and calculate the board value in one go.

1R — check board size and high-value ones, or save. Collectible (Large) on 5 opens random identities from the whole board. If reds or golds show, add their value straight to the board value, and if they come up low on the board (row 11 or below), it's a big board. If the Auctioneer info alone shows the board's outline, save Collectible (Large) and use it once in 2–4R — use it in the round an opponent's bid jumps, and you can pin down what they saw before raising. 2+ reds and a big board --> defend at 800k–1M / 1 red --> 500–700k / 0 reds and a small board --> 300–400k

2–4R — defend the price. Without devices, hold the line at 40–50% of your board read. Prop it up so no one takes it cheap, but if an opponent bids above your calculation, don't bother following (that board leaves you the bonus). Read opponents' bids by character. · Haniel or Daffodill bidding high signals many reds — raise your board read · Chiz raising big in 3R means a high-value one among the 8 seen at the start · Hotori bidding big after a type reveal means a high-value silhouette of that type · A big jump right after using a device is a grounded bid; bidding high alone without a device — suspect bait

4R — hold out. If the board you saw in 1–3R is small and opponents' bids are quiet too, fold here.

5R — commit. Once every rarity opens, see silhouettes with Size (Large) on 10. Size picks from collectibles whose silhouette you don't know, so the shapes of reds and golds whose color you know show, and their identities are nearly settled — 5×1 Radiant Scepter · 1×4 White Dragon King · 3×2 Antique Suitcase · 2×5 Antique Pendulum Clock · 3×4 Game Console. Guess the shapes of unseen color slots from the empty slots around them (Advanced Guide "Reading 1×1 color cells backwards"). Bid the top price within the board value you calculated.
