Part 6

Auctioneer Public Intel, court conditions and board effects

The 14 kinds of Auctioneer Public Intel shown to all in rounds 1 and 3, what the 7 court conditions do, and the board effect shown before a match.

Auctioneer Public Intel (shown to everyone)

In rounds 1 and 3, everyone gets the same piece of intel — if it's an average, enter it straight into the Combo Finder.

  • One each in rounds 1 and 3; two each under the Insider Intel court condition.
  • Drawn with equal odds from 14 kinds, and the same kind never appears twice in one match:
    • 3 reveals — 5–8 silhouettes · 2–5 colors · 2–5 full identities
    • 3 averages — Blue average · Purple average · Gold average
    • 4 counts — Purple count · Gold count · Blue count · total collectible count
    • 4 slot totals — total slots occupied · Gold slots occupied · Purple slots occupied · Blue slots occupied
  • Averages are integers rounded down.

The 7 court conditions

Board effect

The chest drawn before a match tilts the mix only slightly — don't value the board very differently because of it.

  • One chest is drawn before the match starts, and it tilts that match's collectible mix slightly.
    • Type chance up — one of Antique, Gem, Tech, Food, Daily Goods or Anomaly shows up more often
    • Grade chance up — expensive collectibles show up a little more often
  • In the game, the parentheses next to the chest's name say which chance goes up — e.g. Glass Chest (Gem Collectibles Chance Up).
  • The effect is a weak bias, small enough to be already blended into the average of 150 measured matches, so the chest alone is no reason to value a board very differently.
